STANDARD TERMS AND PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Mo-Vita rapidly constructs cost-effective space solutions using quality materials that it has purchased.
As a result, there is significant upfront payment to cover these costs once the contract is signed.
Mo-Vita supplies all labour and materials necessary to construct your design of accommodation unit(s).
We shall need transport access to the site, after the required building planning permission has been obtained.
On full completion of building works, all the outstanding payments agreed beforehand will be disbursed to Mo-Vita upon a satisfactory quality control inspection by both parties.
