4 - Are Mo-Vita modular buildings energy-efficient?

Mo-Vita units are more energy-efficient and low maintenance cost than traditionally-built products. Modular units incur lower electricity and heating bills because Mo-Vita fits your units with fibreglass or Celotex insulation and double-glazed impact-resistant windows thermal-efficient in cold or high wind locations. 6 - Can we transport Mo-Vita units across UK?

Yes, our building units are strong and able to dismantle within 24 hours per module. These units are better internally-supported and can be transported across the UK on a flat-bed truck with crane. This cannot be done on most timber-based or bricks-and-mortar buildings which lack portability.

7 - How long would it take to build a Mo-Vita unit for me?

Our building units are designed to be constructed rapidly within 1 month from start to finish for a regular module, depending upon complexity of the customer’s requirements.

Generally, our building can be installed within 24 hours per module, provided that the ground has been levelled and prepared beforehand, and that electricity and water utilities are ready for connection.
