TIME If your module is our 28m2 unit, it can fit in you house without the need for a full planning application under UK Permitted Development laws (subject to survey.). It can be built for you offsite within 30 days, and then delivered ready-to-use on your premises within 7 days.
Traditional bricks-and-mortar methods would take nearer 90 days to construct, with up to a month to prepare with foundations, and energy and waste connections for final use. Mo-Vita modular building methods can save you 40%-60% time.

COSTS Mo-Vita basic 28m2 (336 sq ft) building block can cost from £20,000 constructed in 30days. An equivalent bricks-and-mortar unit would cost nearer £45,000 to build. That’s over 55% cost-savings for you.
A Mo-Vita 2,000m2 (24,000 sq ft) extended building can cost from £1.2m depending on requirements. There’s room for 40-60% cost-savings over traditional brick construction.

FINANCE Furthermore, subject to credit approval, you can apply for a bank loan, with up to 10-year term, to buy the Mo-Vita modules. That means that the monthly payment costs will be hundreds and not thousands of pounds. If you are a registered business, you can write off these loan costs as company expenses – consult your tax adviser.
