Modular building allows good Quality Assurance

Mo-Vita QA inspections are more frequent and more effective with constant inspections done inside our production facility. Modular units can be more accurately built- these are built on steel frame endoskeletons that are fabricated to highly accurate specifications that keep walls straighter and consistent with the original design. A traditionally-built home or office will be unsheltered and subjected to rain and extreme temperatures for longer construction periods. This can do damage to the structure that may cause quality problems later. Our offsite-built units have a greater protection from rain and extreme weather until they are prepared for installation at the customer’s site. There are more offsite inspections than on a traditional onsite build process. Mo-Vita foremen are supervising all of the time offsite, more supervision and inspections lower the risk of construction deviance from the original specifications.
